Payment Options:


The Payment Portal enables customers to pay for their Court Filing and document Submissions online using Windcave (Payment Express) secure, reliable, all in one payment solution.


Credit Card Payments

Enables customers to pay for their Court Filing and any associated fees with their Credit/Debit Card.

The customer will pay a 3.2% Merchant Service Fee.


Refund Options:

Any refunds will be made to the credit/debit card account that was used for the payment from The Judicial Department. In the event a refund is required, applications can be made to the Chief Registrar through the respective Court Registry.
