Appeals against the decision of the Minister of Immigration within 14 days of being notified of the decision appeal to the Citizenship Appeals Tribunal established under Subsection (2) in this section referred to as the Tribunal. The Tribunal consists of the Chairperson and 2 other persons appointed by the Chief Justice.
The Chairperson of the Tribunal must be qualified for appointment as a Judge under section 130 of the Constitution.
